Reinventing the wheel ?
Quote from Donald on December 7, 2025, 11:39 pmIt seems that when new folks come into office there isn't a lot of cross training happening . May times this is because the election may have been contested and the winner was the challenger.
we interviewed an outgoing Town Clerk in the Town of Western just before January of 2024 when the newly elected Clerk when the newly elected Town clerk was to take office.
We asked the challenger of that position previous to the primary in June of 2023 how she thought the cross training would go in her new position if she won the seat for the town Clerk in November.
As well we interview the incumbent incumbent in the Clerks position to ask how that transfer of power would go if she lost the race.
We can sure the results of those interviews here, but first what are your thought on how those interviews could have turned out??
